Do you reflash the chip or replace it?

I reflash the chip without removing it, there is no chip replacement, or soldering done.

Its possible to do the T4's easily, but the T4E's require a lot of extra work and expense to do, regardless of what anyone tells you, and there is simply no reason for it.

Currently it takes about 25 mins to reflash a T4, and about an hour for a T4E.
